Ordering & Shipping
Simply browse our selection, add your favorite coffee to your cart, and check out. Your order will be processed and shipped directly from the roaster.
We currently ship within the U.S. Shipping availability may vary depending on the roaster’s location.
Because coffee is often roasted to order, shipping times vary. Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Yes! You can mix and match coffee from different roasters in a single order. Each roaster will ship their coffee separately, so you may receive multiple packages.
Due to the nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll make it right.
If for any reason you change your mind and would like to return your item(s), please reach out to [email protected] and request a return. All return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
