About This Product
Ethiopia Natural Coffee – Light Roast by Glory Cloud
This lively, fruit-forward Ethiopia Natural Coffee from Glory Cloud is a celebration of one of the world’s most iconic coffee origins. It’s bright, clean, and carefully roasted to highlight the unique characteristics of Ethiopia’s natural process coffees. If you’re looking for a cup that’s both vibrant and approachable, this is it.
Naturally Processed, Naturally Sweet
This coffee is sun-dried inside the cherry, allowing sugars from the fruit to absorb into the seed. That creates a smooth, sweet, and fruit-layered flavor profile. You’ll also notice a visual detail: the bean’s center line darkens, blending into the roast instead of standing out as a pale stripe — a signature of naturally processed coffees.
Sourced from the Birthplace of Coffee
Our Ethiopia Natural Coffee is grown in Sidamo, a region known for its lush soil, high elevation, and distinct microclimates. Grown at 5,080–7,210 feet (1,550–2,200 MASL), these beans benefit from cool nights, steady rainfall, and traditional farming practices passed down for generations.
In Sidamo, coffee is often grown on smallholder plots using a “garden coffee” approach. Farmers plant 1,000 to 1,800 trees per hectare and rely on compost and natural methods rather than chemicals. Most of these farms aren’t certified organic, but they are organically maintained and deeply rooted in sustainability and craft.
